Screen Display on Monitor is Rotated Anti-clockwise

Issue:
I went to lock my computer screen but I was distracted and press the wrong keys. My computer screen is now displaying everything sideways. I rebooted the computer and it is still the same.

Resolution:
Hold down Ctrl and Alt, and then press one of the arrow keys to set the screen orientation. The up arrow is the "normal" one i.e. landscape orientation.
